The role requires an Iowa RN license with a BSN (master's preferred), at least two years of clinical nursing and supervisory experience, plus BLS certification within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within six months, where applicable.
• Specialty certification preferred.
