Job summary

Absolute International Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard - Driving in Los Angeles to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. You will perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and client requirements
• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, ethical, and have integrity
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and grooming standards

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations or criminal activity
• Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Control access points and maintain logs
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards or policy violations
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Maintain authorized less-than-lethal equipment per company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining safety
• Drive company patrol vehicle defensively
• Follow post orders and site protocols
