Job summary

Domino's Pizza Production Team Member is responsible for dough production, packaging, and processing across multiple stations. You will rotate through dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker roles while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shift options include late evening and overnight hours with 4 ten-hour shifts per week; a flexible schedule including weekends is required. Pay is $22/hour and benefits begin on day one of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients and ensure dough is delivered into the rounder.
• Record batch data and maintain the proofing library; ensure compliance with dough certification.
• Monitor and operate dough cooler, staging for shipment, and tray wash areas; troubleshoot when needed.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks; ensure print quality on trays.
• Follow safety protocols and report irregularities to supervisor.
