Top Pot Doughnuts in Kent, WA invites an attentive Graveyard Shift Baker to join our bakery team. You will follow recipes, mix ingredients, shape doughnuts, operate fryers, and monitor equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to adhere to food-safety procedures. Work hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound reasoning and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, measure and mix ingredients according to company recipes to form dough or batter, using electric mixer or by hand.
• Shape and cut dough for doughnuts.
• Operate the fryer, monitor temperature, drain, filter and clean equipment.
• Prepare icings and decorate doughnuts.
• Follow production sheets and record doughnuts made.
• Stock and rotate ingredients per sanitation rules.
• Document doughnut discrepancies and notify supervisor of variance.
• Adhere to Top Pot policies, procedures and training guidelines.
