Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in document production, warehouse, or related work.
• Basic MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval.
• Unpack boxes, stage for scan or filing, and locate documents.
• Meet or exceed daily production expectations.
• Read handwritten file numbers and ensure correct placement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with security policies.
