Dohrn Transfer is seeking a Full Time Dockworker at our St Louis, MO Terminal. The role involves moving freight to and from trailers and storage areas, using forklifts and hand trucks, and ensuring DOT-compliant loading and unloading.

You'll work with freight, read shipping labels, and assist with paperwork daily. The position pays $25.18/hr initially, increasing to $28.09/hr after the first year, with start times at 12am, 4am, and 1pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of heavy lifting (50–100+ lbs) and operating manual equipment per DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Move freight to and from trailers and storage areas by hand or with forklifts.
• Load/unload freight on trucks according to DOT requirements, using hand trucks or forklifts.
