Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across stores in your district, driving store performance and exceptional customer service. You’ll hop between locations to keep standards high and morale strong.

You will mentor associates, uphold Sheetz Performance Standards, and travel locally to support nearby stores. Perks include a strong benefits package and 4-day work weeks with alternating weekends off.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 30 miles daily.
• Must multitask with physical activity including lifting up to 40 lbs with assistance.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (VA may require 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members to deliver exceptional service.
• Work with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive store culture by adhering to Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
