Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize multiple stores across the district. You will travel locally, mentor Team Members, and drive performance with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, with occasional lifting.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia rule notes 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
