Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across district stores, traveling between locations to maintain high standards of guest service and operations.

The role includes a night shift premium of $1.50/hr, opportunities for career growth, and a benefits package. You will rotate among stores while supporting store teams and ensuring safety and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including lifting up to 20 pounds; may lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old (note: some tasks may require 21+ in VA).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop skills for excellent service.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
