Job summary

Velcro USA Inc. is seeking a Distribution Associate III for the third shift at Somersworth, NH. You will coordinate shipping, receiving and distribution tasks, support the Supervisor, and train new hires while maintaining a safe work environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills are required, along with forklift certifications and ERP knowledge. This role requires lifting up to 65 lbs and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year with Velcro USA as Distribution Associate III, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, desktop, and mobile technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with and train others on complex tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to lift to 65lbs unassisted.
• Certifications in both clamp truck and sit-down fork truck.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in OSHA safety rules.
• Preferred: Associates or bachelor’s degree with focus on logistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving & distribution requests.
• Lead daily stand-up and assign tasks in supervisor's absence.
• Maintain a safe, clean distribution environment.
• Create training programs and train new hires.
• Troubleshoot labeling, printing & Oracle issues.
• Support administrative functions for the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Cross-train in other functions as required.
• Ensure safety compliance and production workflow.
