Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year with Velcro USA as Distribution Associate III, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, desktop, and mobile technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with and train others on complex tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to lift to 65lbs unassisted.
• Certifications in both clamp truck and sit-down fork truck.
• ERP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform tasks related to shipping and receiving of materials.
• Act as a main point of contact in the department and assist the Distribution Supervisor.
• Lead safety programs and participate in risk assessments and departmental inspections.
• Create and maintain procedures, work instructions and training programs.
• Train new hires and support administrative functions for the warehouse.
• Release daily sales orders in the supervisor's absence.
