Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking an energetic operations professional to join our off shift team. You will collaborate with Planners, Account Managers, and Operations Managers to support PAM's growth and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes driver coordination, maintenance scheduling, and proactive issue resolution. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, with a 4x3 Wednesday-Saturday, 6pm-6am schedule and alternating Wednesday.

• Staying in touch with drivers to ensure their needs are met.
• Managing truck maintenance schedule to ensure services are completed on time.
