Qualifications

• Experience coordinating drivers and shipments.
• Ability to track and trace loads.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads.
• Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration.
• Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations.
