• Monitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availability
• Adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift
• Complete and submit required paperwork and reports daily
• Other duties as assigned

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Night Shift Dispatcher to join our Field Operations team. This role is Tuesday - Friday, 6 PM to 6 AM. You’ll coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
