Job summary

American Social - Orlando is seeking a dedicated team member for dishwashing and kitchen support. You will clean and sanitize dishes, monitor stock, and assist chefs while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM.
• Food handling certificate required.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist level and move items up to 25 feet.
• Able to tolerate cold and hot temperatures during shift.
• Strong communication with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and prepared for the shift.
• Monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks.
• Communicates with chefs and managers about low product levels and equipment problems.
• Transports boxes and trash bags from kitchen to dumpsters and maintains cleanliness.
• Assist Chef in portioning, prepping, and cooking as needed.
• Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude to guests and employees.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
