Job summary

Harri is seeking a detail-oriented dishwasher/Kitchen Steward to support the food prep area. You will wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cookware, keeping all stations clean and organized while following safety and sanitation procedures.

Roles include monitoring stock levels with the kitchen team, assisting with prep, and performing regular maintenance tasks as needed. English fluency and the ability to work late-night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, able to read and write.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to work late-night shifts (potentially 12 AM–3 AM).
• Food handling certificate required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage items.
• Communicate with chefs/management about low stock levels and equipment issues.
• Keep kitchen, storage, and work stations clean and sanitized.
• Assist with portions, prep, and cooking as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Complete weekly maintenance duties and other tasks as assigned.
