Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses the dishwashing machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintains cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using available equipment; ensures sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation rules.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and manages waste containers; supports storage and movement of supplies.
