Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Evening Shift Dishwasher to join our team. Hours are 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends.

The Dishwasher maintains a clean, sanitary kitchen and supports patient care through reliable service. You will wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensure proper temperatures and sanitation, restock supplies, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes and sanitizes surfaces and equipment; maintains sanitary dish area.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
