Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks dedicated staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living, health management, meal planning, and transportation, reporting to the Community Home Manager.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing ISP plans, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality of care. Requires CPR/First Aid certification, background checks, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles.
• At least 1 year of paid work experience; experience with individuals with disabilities or elderly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal/health management.
• Participate in ISP development and planning team meetings.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records.
• Adhere to staffing policies, licensing standards, and safety protocols.
• Administer medications as needed and transport clients in company vehicles.
• Attend required training and staff meetings and support program operations.
