Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a compassionate leader to join our healthcare housekeeping team. You will direct all Environmental Service Programs during the shift, oversee 34 locations, coach a 5-person team, and drive safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

You will monitor operations, manage schedules and training, and collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals while supporting a night-shift schedule and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing salaried and/or hourly employees.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations and work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EVS operations across 34 healthcare locations.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop a team of 5 FTEs.
• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, morale, quality, and respect.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain and improve patient, customer, and facility satisfaction.
• Monitor cleaning processes and ensure locations meet quality standards.
• Travel between locations to provide leadership and support during nights.

Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.
