Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a friendly, decisive EVS Manager to lead hospital housekeeping programs across multiple locations, including night shifts. You will supervise a team of 5 FTEs, coach staff, schedule work, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering patient-focused service.

This role requires travel between sites and willingness to relocate for future growth. The position offers a $65,000 annual salary, a company vehicle, phone stipend, PTO,

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience.
• Experience leading housekeeping/EVS in healthcare or related service ops.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel between assigned locations and relocate for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EVS operations across multiple locations.

Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.
