HHS, LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced EVS Operations Leader to guide the housekeeping program across multiple healthcare locations. You will supervise a small team, drive safety and quality standards, and partner with facility leadership to meet operational goals.

The role requires night shift coverage, travel between sites, and the ability to relocate for advancement opportunities. A strong focus on teamwork and patient comfort is essential.

Qualificações

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing salaried and/or hourly employees.
• Experience leading housekeeping, EVS, custodial, healthcare, hospitality, or similar service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Ability to work a night schedule and maintain flexibility based on operational needs.
• Willingness to travel between assigned locations.
• Must be willing to relocate for future promotion opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, train, and develop a team of 5 FTEs.
• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, morale, quality, and respect.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
• Maintain and improve patient, customer, and facility satisfaction.
• Manage employee assignments, schedules, training, and performance.
• Coach and counsel team members as needed and address performance concerns promptly.
• Monitor cleaning processes and ensure all locations meet HHS quality standards.
• Collaborate with facility and company leadership to achieve operational goals.
• Analyze operational data and make adjustments to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor supply usage, labor, budgets, and overall operational performance.
• Maintain and monitor quality control systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide leadership and support.
• Respond to operational needs during the night shift.

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team!

Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Not Required But a Big Plus

• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
• Healthcare EVS experience
• Experience working across multiple facilities
