Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a caregiver in Baraboo, WI. The position offers evening hours Thursday and Friday, plus EO Wednesday and EO weekend from 7pm to 7am, paying $15/hr.

You will support individuals with daily living, personal care, and community activities while building meaningful relationships. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months in human services, strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver's license with access

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
