Job summary

REM Community Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Evening Caregiver. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. You will join a mission-driven Sevita family team and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings.

You’ll help with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and development goals while building meaningful, trusting relationships and ensuring safety and dignity for each participant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and able to work with individuals with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide care for participants who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs.
