Job summary

Fulfillment Family Services, LLC is seeking an Overnight Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care to residents in a night shift within a residential setting. You will ensure safety, assist with routines, monitor during the night, and respond to emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and willingness to work overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with disabilities or in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Clear communication and teamwork required to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support and supervision to residents in a residential setting.
• Assist with evening routines, including personal hygiene, bedtime preparations, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Respond to medical or behavioral emergencies and follow protocols.
• Document and report significant incidents and observations during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes independence and self-advocacy.
