Career Opportunities with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson in Oak Ridge, Tennessee seeks a Direct Support Professional (Residential Counselor) to assist residents with daily living in our group homes. You will help with personal care, documentation, and participate in community activities.

This part-time role requires HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet CPR/First Aid and safety requirements. Weekend night shifts and benefits are provided.

Regular Salary 2049 per hour Mon-Fri and 2149 per hour shifts beginning 11PM Friday to 11PM on Sunday. Non‑work time will be paid at the base rate.

We are looking for dedicated, caring, and compassionate people to work in our Group Homes. The role of a Direct Support Professional (Residential Counselor)

Residential Counselor is a direct care professional whose primary responsibility is to help meet the personal health, safety, and welfare of the people living in the group home. You will assist and/or supervise individuals in personal care areas (i.e. bathing, toileting); participate and/or supervise in cleaning, cooking and life skills; administer and/or assist with medication administration; drive residents to/from day programs outside/within their community using agency vehicles; this position requires daily documentation of services provided; assist with fun community based activities.

Job Requirements:

• Be motivated to work as part of a team that acts in the best interest of our residents at all times.
• Experience with IDDD population is a plus.
• This career requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• A valid non provisional drivers license.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of CPR, First Aid and our emergency evacuation procedures.

Part Time Shift: 16 hours per week, Sunday and Monday 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
