Bancroft in Maple Shade, NJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will empower residents to develop daily living skills, support independence, and join a collaborative team. The role requires weekend availability and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time night-shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work well in teams and open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
