Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Back End Distribution Tech for the night shift to perform and support all leads, supervisors, and staff with operational functions of quality control, label inspection, packaging, and shipping to meet customer deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Night shift runs 6:30P-3:00A, Thursday-Saturday 7P-6:30A; the role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies. Includes benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and inspection.
• Ability to follow safety rules, wear PPE, and work in a night-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package label/print products to meet schedules.
• Log time and materials accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure shipments are completed and delivered per daily plans and customer instructions.
