Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring a Tier 1 Digital Support Coordinator to drive the evolution of our customer support models for both traditional print and digital media. The role combines frontline technical troubleshooting with delivering a high-quality client experience, handling requests end-to-end from first contact to resolution.

The position focuses on triaging requests, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex problems while documenting all steps and maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, CS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with Zendesk, SQL, KQL, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to work an overnight shift (5:45 PM–6:00 AM CST).

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound requests via email, chat, and phone within SLA.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to higher tiers.
• Document issues in ticketing systems and maintain knowledge base.
• Coordinate with third-party hardware vendors as needed.
• Ensure clear and professional client communications.
