Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Digital Print Operator to join our Press department in Minnesota. The position runs on the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM), Sunday through Thursday, with a $2.00 shift differential. Base pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour depending on skills and location.

The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining digital printing machines to meet customer quality and time requirements while supporting company profitability. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the digital printer and all associated equipment and supplies.
• Meet or exceed actual vs. plan run and make-ready goals of 100%.
• Complete all required MDI charts and understand them.
• Work in other areas as needed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly TPM tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Follow all Nahan safety and quality standards.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
