Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join our Large Format team. This full-time role prints to exact specs, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential for most of the shift after 5:00 pm.

We are 100% employee-owned and focus on delivering world-class products. Shifts run 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a rotating schedule, with a base compensation range shown below and ample benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Attention to detail on every project.
• Basic computer skills for job tasks.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with initiative.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage own work.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing machines to create materials per specs.
• Perform QC procedures to meet company standards.
• Maintain print devices and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance at shift start.
• Collaborate with other departments on large projects.
• Be part of a team of owner-operators.
