Amentum is seeking a Data Entry Operator II to join our team supporting ATF in Martinsburg, WV. This is a Night Shift role (3pm–11:30pm) requiring accurate data entry from multiple sources and strong attention to detail.

The role involves transcribing data with a keyboard, preparing records for imaging, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve data issues while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry and accuracy.
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage time effectively.
• Team player with strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsers.
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from forms and reports as assigned.
• Prep, label and file records for imaging.
• Identify and report issues to appropriate management.
• Navigate computer systems and web browsers to access data.
