Job summary

CoreSite, LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Data Center Technician II for the night shift (Sun-Sun? actually Sun-Thu 11:00pm-7:30am). You will support operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance in a mission-critical data center environment.

Responsibilities include site responses, customer interactions, cable terminations, and routine maintenance. A high school diploma and 2+ years in facilities or telecom are required, with willingness to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities or telecom.
• Experience as an installer in a mission critical facility is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day data center operations and security.
• Perform and close work orders and customer service tickets on time.
• Support infrastructure build-outs, cable terminations, and device testing.
• Ensure SLA adherence and proper data uploads to internal systems.
