The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of construction safety experience, CHST/CSP certification, and strong leadership. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential for complex, multi-trade environments in mission-critical settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA construction standards and best practices.
• Experience overseeing multi-trade, multi-subcontractor sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall safety leadership for data center construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety standards.
• Maintain active field presence and reinforce safe work practices.
• Lead safety meetings, audits, and risk assessments with timely corrective actions.
• Oversee subcontractor safety performance and field safety programs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor high-risk activities like fall protection, crane operations, excavation.
