Job summary

CyrusOne in Mason, OH is seeking a Critical Environments Operator for night shift coverage to support a 24/7/365 Operations & Maintenance team. You will monitor, operate, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/R systems while upholding safety, workmanship, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems to ensure uptime.
• Respond to building system alarms with prioritization of critical load protection.
• Execute preventive maintenance work orders following SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and MMRs.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, labor hours, and PMs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; enforce Lockout/Tagout and safety protocols.
• Perform equipment and system operational modifications, including critical switching.
• Mentor junior operators and lead operational activities as needed.
