Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, a dairy co-op owned by 200+ local farms, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Buffalo, NY. You will oversee load-out, production, maintenance, and quality control, ensuring safe, efficient shipping and adherence to policies. Night shift coverage and cross-day scheduling are expected.

You will guide staff, monitor morale, manage records, and coordinate with production and purchasing on inventory and variances. Strong leadership and SAP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people.
• Ability to think analytically and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operations in load-out, production, maintenance and quality control.
• Ensure safe, compliant shipping and load-out activities.
• Coordinate daily load-out to meet business objectives and schedules.
• Mentor staff and promote a positive, productive work environment.
• Support SAP training and ensure proper use of systems and processes.
• Maintain inventory controls and oversee sanitation schedules.
