Purpose of the job:

To assist the maintenance and production teams in the maintenanceand repair of food process machinery and facility to ensure an effective andefficient daily operation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Performdiagnostics, maintenance, repair, setup, start-up and troubleshooting of dairyprocessing and packaging equipment
• Adjusting,dismantling, installing, optimizing, and repairing dairy processingmachinery and equipment
• Identifying,developing, assisting, and implementing improvements related to foodprocessing equipment
• Performroutine inspections to ensure effective, efficient, and safe operations
• Perform preventive/regularmaintenance on manufacturing equipment/ machinery
• Identifypotential concerns and problems on equipment before failure
• Communicateand report to team about potential concerns/ problems
• Documentingand reporting work performed and issues found in compliance with SafeQuality Food (SQF) standards
• Responding tocalls and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks
• Must have
