Applicants should have a technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial automation or food processing, along with 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. An HTST license is desirable. The position offers a fast-paced work environment with physical demands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lb and working in high-paced, hot/cold environments.
• Possesses an HTST license or is able to obtain one as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment using HMI systems and automated controls.
• Perform operational adjustments and troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation issues.
• Calibrate and verify instrumentation (sensors, valves, temperature/flow devices).
• Monitor process parameters and product quality; make real-time adjustments.
• Ensure safety systems and interlocks are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate production and troubleshooting logs.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
