Meadow Gold is hiring Production Utility Workers to support continuous manufacturing operations in Billings, MT. You will set up, operate and monitor equipment on the production line, perform quality checks and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment.
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set-up, operate, on the production line, monitor equipment.
• Ensure proper materials are used for each product produced.
• Complete all required documentation and quality checks.
• Record production runs, downtime, weights, code dates, and label verifications.
• Review charts, screens, quality check sheets, and specifications.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks on equipment.
• Prepare equipment for next run and handle size changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Maintain communication with other departments and notify of problems affecting efficiency.
• Ensure paperwork is clear and complete according to SOPs.
• Review process data and equipment performance to improve quality and throughput.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
