Job summary

Kemps Dairy is hiring a skilled plant maintenance technician to maintain production assets and ensure continuous operation of equipment across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

This DFA-owned dairy brand offers a 3-2-2, 12-hour schedule (7pm–7am) averaging 42 hours every two weeks, 401(k) with company contributions, comprehensive healthcare, paid vacation, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility (food/beverage preferred).
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, millwright, pipe fitting or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic assets.
• Work safely in a cold, high-noise environment and pass pre-employment screenings.
