Verde Clean is seeking a dependable Lead Custodian to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll cover assigned areas, supervise a small team, and help coordinate day‑to‑day tasks while handling phone calls and emails.

This full‑time, on‑site position runs Fri–Sun, 6pm–6:30am with a $19/hour pay. We value reliability, teamwork, and clear communication, and we offer a community‑minded culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned cleaning areas and assist with day‑to‑day custodial tasks.
• Support and supervise the team.
• Take incoming phone calls on the company‑issued phone and follow up as needed.
• Respond to emails and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
