As a Lead Custodian, you'll balance hands‑on custodial work with leadership responsibilities:
Cover assigned cleaning areas and assist with day‑to‑day custodial tasks.
Support and supervise the team.
Take incoming phone calls on the company‑issued phone and follow up as needed.
Respond to emails and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.
Perform other duties as assigned.
