Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facilities. You will perform cleaning, restocking, floor care, and safety duties while ensuring a positive experience for staff and visitors.

The role supports our mission of environmental responsibility and community well-being. Schedule: Wed-Sat, 4pm-2:30am; Pay: $18/hour; full-time employment with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and interact courteously with others.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of restrooms and common areas.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring dispensers are filled across the facility.
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor; maintain a safe environment.
• Provide courteous, helpful service to staff, visitors, and team members.
