Job summary

Kohler Hospitality seeks an overnight Custodian at Kohler, WI to keep the building and grounds clean and orderly according to quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, furnishings, restrooms, offices, and entryways.

The role requires physical ability and training; prior custodial experience is helpful but not required. It runs 9:30 pm–6:00 am, weekends. Must be authorized to work in the US. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $21.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience is helpful but not required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Ensure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Work overnight from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, including weekends.
