Qualifikationen

• Two years of related cleaning/janitorial experience.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Perform specialized cleaning operations including spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing trash receptacles, stain removal and window cleaning.
• Strip and refinish floors as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks: empty trash, dust, spot clean, disinfect restrooms and restock supplies.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, wide-area vacuums, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping closets and equipment in a clean condition.
• Follow prescribed safety procedures and use chemicals safely.
• Respond to work requests from the service system and building occupants.
