Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation inside a building or multiple client sites. The role requires flexibility to perform duties per client specifications, with a pay rate of $12 per hour and a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors and entry areas.
• Empty trash cans and dispose properly; use of a compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
