Zusammenfassung

White Mountains Community College is seeking a full-time custodian for the 3rd shift. The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am, on campus in Manchester, NH. It includes a $1.05 per hour shift differential over base pay and reports to the Facilities Services Supervisor.

Qualifikationen

Two years' custodial, grounds-keeping, or light maintenance experience with equipment operation and maintenance.
Experience with supervising or coordinating projects is a plus.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies as needed.

Aufgaben

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of offices, classrooms, labs, hallways, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
Operate and maintain building service equipment and small tools; assist in tasks like snow removal and lawn care.
Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs to building systems (electrical, plumbing) as needed.
Assist in general repairs, painting, and completing work requests.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and proper use of disinfectants and cleaners; follow safety guidelines.
