Job summary

PK Property Services is hiring a Night Custodian for the Woodbury area. This part-time, 2nd shift role involves general cleaning, floor care, and restroom maintenance to support client facilities in Minnesota.

Training and a supportive team environment are provided. The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work with on-site staff, with compensation at $18.00 per hour and benefits including health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of specified areas to each facility’s needs.
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting.
• Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms.
• Completing daily reports for work completed.
• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks.
