Job summary

PK Property Services in Edina, MN is hiring a part-time Custodian for 2nd shift (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Start date immediate; pay starts at $19 per hour and includes benefits.

As a Custodian you will perform general cleaning, sanitize restrooms, offices and common areas, and maintain daily logs. Background check and E-Verify required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and E-Verify.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
• Operate minor cleaning equipment.
• Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Certifications/licensing if required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning based on each facility’s needs.
• Sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Proper waste disposal.
• Maintain daily cleaning logs and reports.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to complete tasks efficiently.
