Job summary

PK Property Services is seeking a part-time Custodian in Saint Paul, MN for 2nd shift to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. You will perform general cleaning, window washing, floor care, and restrooms maintenance while coordinating with on-site staff.

Competitive pay starts at $19.00/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, and an employee referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Must be self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of specified areas to each facility’s needs.
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting.
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms.
• Completing daily reports for work completed.
• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks.
